Contact
PDFDistrict has no live chat or support ticket system — it's a small, free tool with no backend. For questions, feedback, bug reports, or other inquiries, email us directly and we'll do our best to respond as soon as possible.
Please do not email us your PDF files — we have no way to receive or process them server-side, and nothing about how the tools work requires you to share files with anyone.
What to reach out about
Appropriate reasons to get in touch include: a tool not working as expected, a question about how a specific PDF operation works, privacy questions about how your files or data are handled, general feedback on the site, or a business/advertising inquiry. As a small, unstaffed project, we can't commit to a specific response time.
What to include in a bug report
The fastest way to get a problem fixed is to tell us which tool you were using, your browser and device (for example Chrome on Android), what you expected to happen, and the exact message the page showed. You don't need to attach the PDF — if the file seems to be the cause, describe it instead: roughly how many pages it has, whether it was scanned or exported from another program, and whether it opens normally elsewhere.
Quick answers
Do you need my PDF to look into an issue? No. PDFDistrict processes files in your browser, so we never receive them, and we'd rather you didn't send sensitive documents. A description of the problem is enough.
Can I suggest a new tool or a change? Yes — send the idea along with the situation where you needed it. Concrete use cases are more useful than feature names.
Where do I go for privacy questions? Start with the Privacy Policy, which explains what is and isn't processed. If something is unclear, email us and mention which section.
