Practical use cases
- Cleaning up a scan: removing blank pages, straightening a sideways page and fixing the order.
- Preparing a document for sharing in one pass.
- Reordering and dropping pages without running three separate tools.
What it does
It combines reorder, rotate and delete into one view. At least one page must remain. Rotations add to the page’s existing rotation, so rotating twice turns it 180°.
Common problems
- You can’t save: all pages are marked for removal; keep at least one.
- A rotated page looks wrong in another viewer: rotation is saved in the page itself, so every viewer should show it the same way.
- Dragging is awkward on a phone: use the up and down arrow buttons on each page.
